uAttend – How It Works

Plug ‘n’ Play, wired or Wi-Fi out of the box!

Clockings can be done at a terminal, via the web, by phone or smart-phone App.

On the wired terminals, there is virtually NOTHING to set up, just plug in and go! The Wi-Fi terminal or optional adapter just needs your network id entered and there is NO software to install on your PC or Mac!

AND the terminals cost less than most other solutions, including mechanical time clocks.
All uAttend terminals have free LIFETIME* replacement and support.
Unlike many other systems there is no hidden additional maintenance contract.

Employees can be allowed to clock with a PIN instead of a card or fob…
Telephone clocking uses an 0800 number so that clients are not charged for the call.

The smart-phone App allows your employees to clock on their phone and it gives you their location when they did it! They can see their Time Card as well.

Web Clocking

Employees can be allowed to clock in using a web browser if they don’t work where the clock is installed! Clocking via an 0800 number and/or smart-phone Apps (with GPS location) can be enabled for particular employees!

AND you can manage and report on your employees time and attendance from anywhere you have access to the Web, using a PC, Mac, Tablet or Smart Phone. There is no software to install – so you will not have to worry about the effect of PC or Windows upgrades.

Timecard Screen

The employee Timecard screen makes it easy to see when the employee clocked in and out, and the recorded atendance time, including automatically calculated overtime!

Hours can be accrued to different departments – optionally specified at clocking time.

A very affordable monthly membership charge is payable to use the uAttend system.
